HOW TO GET STARTED:


1) Reserve your class

Scroll down to use the online scheduler below. Pick any day & time that works for you. All classes are suitable for first-time clients.

2) Bring a bottle of water

We provide everything else (including towels). We also recommend you eat a light snack 30 minutes beforehand.

3) Arrive 10 minutes beforehand

Plenty of parking is available. Park in any space marked "Elevate Fitness." Enter the building through the red door, look for AAY! signs and check in with the front desk/trainer. (View building on Google Maps)

4) SHOW UP

Set a reminder on your phone. Put your workout clothes out and prepare your morning snack the night before. Keep your commitment to yourself!
