Registering for class is strongly encouraged. If you have not reserved a class, you are welcome to drop in. However, space is limited and priority will be given to members with advance registration.
Can’t make your class? Cancel online at least one hour before the class start time. If you have a Package Membership, the cancelled class will be returned to your package to be used later. If you do not cancel at least 1 hour before the class start time, the class will be deducted from your package.
We do not offer refunds for any reason. We cannot place memberships on hold or transfer membership to another account.
By purchasing, you are committing to the entirety of the agreed to billing-cycle. Monthly Unlimited Memberships are set to 'auto-renew' each month at the end of the monthly membership term.
If you have extended travel or will be out for medical reasons, you can protect your current monthly rate by pausing payments and freezing your membership for one month, up to three months.
Membership freezes are based on your billing cycle. AAY! does not prorate months of Membership.
Membership freeze requests must be submitted via e-mail (email@example.com) prior to your next billing cycle. No changes will be made to auto-renewals after a monthly charge is processed.
If in good standing, a Monthly Unlimited Membership can be canceled at any time. Monthly Unlimited Membership cancellations are based on your billing cycle. AAY! does not prorate months of Membership.
We require written notice if you wish to cancel your membership either via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or delivered in person. Monthly Unlimited Membership cancellation requests must be submitted 14 days prior to your next billing cycle or your cancellation will not take effect until after your next billing cycle.
By signing up for a membership or purchasing products at All About You! (AAY!), you are authorizing charges to be made through your account via MindBody billing.
AAY! reserves the right to make changes to its policies, membership offerings & prices at any time. Advance notice will be given to members and changes will not go into effect during the current billing cycle.
